I was going to post on how I seem to have given up on changing people’s minds on certain subjects, but that’s pretty much it on that subject. People are entrenching themselves more and more.

So I’m going to post one of my favorite meals. It’s a bit heavy, but it’s pretty balanced.

I start with Kraft’s Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese in Sharp Cheddar, make according to box directions.
¼ to ½ cup of milk
2 to 3 slices of sharp cheddar singles
1 10 oz. can Red Gold or Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (I use mild)
1 7.5 oz. can of Hormel no-beans chili

Stir well, serve, enjoy.
