History
Until my mid-thirties, my life was fairly normal. I grew up, faffed around for a while, a couple years in the Navy here, a year in college there. I never really bothered dating all that much. I did happen on a career that suited me pretty well. I started as a medical transcriptionist for a company that covered several of the practices in central Texas, added on a law practice or two, and finally managed to get to where I was working freelance for who I chose. A few too many episodes of Trading Spaces and an eventual minor addiction to HGTV got me interested in carpentry, so my two-car garage got turned into a wood shop.

Then I met Candice. More importantly, Candice met me. She saw something in me that apparently screamed out that I would be perfect to turn into someone who can turn into a raven. She spent a few years dribbling knowledge of the Cosmos According to Lycanthropes and learning the rite necessary, then stuck a Spirit Egg to my soul and zap!, I had wings part-time as a fortieth birthday gift.Of course, now that I wasn't physio-typical any more, I also got the diagnosis that I wasn't neurotypical either. ADHD had been background static for my entire life, and it was kind of a relief when I was able to put a name to it.

Can also put me in touch with Helios Overnight Services and I started their transcription department. I think both I and they were surprised they hadn't had one before. But medical practices, law firms, labs, and even entertainment types use our services now.

Note: Amelia has a pet brindle pit bull named Molly that she adopted at 2 years old from Austin Pets Alive!
